1. Eligibility for Returns

• Vehicles can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• The vehicle must be in its original condition with no modifications or damages.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Registration fees, taxes, and licensing charges.
• Custom-built or special-order vehicles.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned vehicle is inspected.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

4. Exceptions and Disputes

5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a vehicle, the new selection must be of equal or greater value. Additional payments may apply.
